Supported browsers have been tested and meet functional and design requirements. Functionality issues may occur with other browsers.

Supported Browsers* and Notes:

Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Apple Safari are considered to offer optimal online banking experience.  It is important that you keep your browsers up-to-date and install updates as soon as possible to maintain the security of your information – not only for Internet Banking, but for all of your internet usage.

MS Internet Explorer 11 & Newer – As of June, 2020, Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer, leaving it vulnerable and without needed security updates.  Please do not use Internet Explorer to access your FCNB Internet Banking.

*Browsers not mentioned are considered unsupported. They may be used, but users may experience design deficiencies and functionality issues.

Important Notes:

Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Encryption – Must support a minimum of TLS 1.1 and 128-bit encryption (preferably TLS 1.2 and 256-bit encryption)

Javascript – Must be enabled for online Banking to function properly.  Certain functionality will be unavailable without JavaScript enabled.

Cookies – Must be set to allow 3rd party cookies for the online Banking interface to properly function.

Pop-up Windows – Must be allowed in the browser for full Online Banking functionality, including session time out notifications.

Bill Payment

The convenience of paying your bills online will free up more time for other things in life that you enjoy. After enrolling in on-line banking, you will have the option to add the bill pay feature which allows you to pay recurring, occasional, and one-time bills from your computer 24/7*.

• Faster payment – some payees will receive electronic payments while those not accepting electronic payments will receive a draft check from your account.

• *Bill pays are free for up to 15 bill pays. Any over 15 per billing cycle are $0.75 each

Get your account information at your fingertips. Sign-up for online banking, click the link at the bottom of our home page for Mobile Banking or the app store for Fayette County National Bank and download the FREE app today. Apps are available for iPhone and Android phones.

Web based access:

Log on to our website through your cell phone or tablet using your online banking Username and Password.  It is easy to manage your finances on the go when you take advantage of FCNB’s mobile banking.  Mobile banking uses the web browser on your cell phone so you can easily and securely:

• Check the available balance in your accounts
• Transfer money between your FCNB accounts

Navigate to www.fcnbonline.com on your cell phone’s web browser.  Remember to add this to your favorites for future use. It is easy, fast, convenient and FREE*! Mobile banking also works on most tablets.

App based access:

Simply your life by managing your finances in a safe, secure environment – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Getting started is simple.

From your mobile device, visit the iTunes or Google Play store to download the app. There is no hardware to buy or subscribe to.  If you are currently an Online Banking customer you can login using the same Username and Password.  If you don’t have an online banking account select the New User option on the FCNB Mobile App and set up your account.  A quick and convenient way to:

• Check the available balance in your accounts
• Pay bills
• Transfer funds between your FCNB accounts
• Quickly find an ATM or branch location
• Receive alerts to track your account activity
• Turn your debit card on or off
